Thanks for the numbers. It looks like Rolex produces as many chronometers as every one else combined.

You're correct, although some Patek calibres are in fact COSC certified (e.g. the calibre 28-20/222 in the 10 day tourbillon and the calibre R TO 27 PS QR in the absolutely awesome 5016).

Patek only submit tourbillon equipped movements to COSC, and they all pass.

That's interesting. Now we know Breitling produced 222,650 watches in 2007 because they submit all of their watches for COSC. From memory it appears Omega has stepped up their submissions also, but Rolex is definitely the King of COSC.
