I might be kind of scarred of this one too. But the paypal thing does not really bother me at all like the single pic does. I am also a bit leery of new sellers but everyone has to start sometime. As to the paypal thing, well with all due respect that has nothing to do with it.
Paypal has new fraud initiates in place and whenever a large amount of funds are transferred in relation to the usual account activity a hold is placed on the funds. The seller is directed not to ship until Papal veified the account owner did purchase this item KHessGG 5:58pm: Paypal has new fraud intiaties in place and whenever a large amount of funds are transered in realtion to the usual accont activity a hold is placed on the funds. The seller is directed not to ship until Papal verified the account owner did purchase this item Shipping prior to hold removal will eliminate the "seller protection" from fraud and often the paypal account will have been compromised Shipping prior to hold removal will eliminate the "seller protection" from fraud and often the paypal account will have been compromised It has NOTHING to do with a buyers ability to claim SNAD or anything else. Katrina says we get 3 to 7 holds per day, often for only a few hours but we will not ship intil lifted as paypal tells us to do! High fraud items, Rolex tiffany and anything above $1000.00 gets an extra look by paypal this does not seem at all unreasonable and in fact is required to be adhered to in your sellers contract with paypal |
