If you do not tell them the truth, they WILL find out what happened because they know watches, but it will take longer and they may charge you more for their time.

Best to say it fell x feet onto this type of surface and landed this way. Give them all the info they need to repair everything that may have been hurt.

observe it for longer time.
Is it still under warranty? If it is, just ask for adjustment. If not, ask for estimate first. Hope all turns out fine.

Keep track of its timekeeping a while longer. It might get over the initial shock. If it is still not working properly, telephone RSC and tell them what happened. I don't know whether the independent SF RSC does warranty work. They do issue a Rolex warranty good at any Rolex owned RSC for work that they do. So if covered by original warranty you may need to use company owned RSC. Even if you are within the warranty period, I don't know if it would be covered for repair needed because of being dropped. Do you have "all risk" insurance on the watch? If it is not covered by warranty, I would prefer SF RSC, but BH RSC has a pretty good reputation, as does Dallas RSC. From reports here, stay away from NY RSC. Forget about the AD. Deal with the RSC directly. They will get it working fine again.

After i heard a loud coins splashing sound then i saw my watch on the ground . I wear it everyday, and never had any scratches on it. And i can't believe i drop the watch.

So sad.

I'm lost in the mountains, I fell
My ankle is probably broken
I have my cell phone and a 4bar connection
should I lie to the rescue team about my location?

No. Just call 911 and tell them you need help. Then pretend to pass out. Let them search for you by figuring out what cell site you are using, and then sending a helicopter.
