Has anyone been in touch with Seth thewatchdealer?

Apologies for the nooby thread, and I hope I have been patient and reasonable....

On recommendation from members here at the forum I sent my datejust bracelet to Seth for repinning about three months ago. I knew there would be a backlog, but he communicated well and said it would be a few weeks.

After 8 weeks had passed I chased it up and he said he was behind and it would be a couple more weeks. I left it another month and chased again, but no reply. I sent another email last week, 14 weeks from it arriving with him and again got no response.

Now I know it's July, and he might be on holiday, and he has better things to do than answer emails from impatient customers, but after almost four months my patience is being tested! Has anyone else got a watch with him or can put my mind at rest?

If it were me, I'd take that 3 hour round-trip drive to check on my bracelet in person.

I would not worry, he does come recommended by some respectable members. Try writing an old fashioned letter.

My own experience a few years back;
Once I asked him to do a job on my bracelet and he sent me shipping details. It was only a PO Box number and I don't ship to a PO Box number. Want to know where to go if things go sour.
After requesting a physical address from him never heard. I can understand, probably for security reasons, so I decided sending my bracelet elsewhere.
