Just happen to be watching Prison Break (never got into it when it came out).
Crazy that the episode we ended on is the one where the governor hangs himself.

Rest Easy John

Why do I care if this guy died, when so many others have given so much more and gone the extra mile for so many before him. Just another Hollywood actor, that while may have been good at his craft for which he was well compensated.

May he rest in peace, but I don't get it other wise?

Well you probably shouldn't care, but what do you know what John did for others in his life? He was a great friend to me and my family. He was one of the kindest, gentlemen I've ever known, a man of service, compassion and humor.

So clue me in on your great contributions to humanity.

Rest In Peace John. You will be missed by many.

Well, that's very caring and empathetic of you. Thanks for sharing your lack of human decency with the rest of us... especially since someone here actually knew him personally.

Wow. Totally uncalled for and inappropriate. While I never knew him, his family and friends just suffered a great loss. Have some respect! Rest In Peace John.

I don't imagine you'd like someone showing up to your friends funeral and saying that. Feel free to show some class.

Class left the room many, years ago and certainly was not a part of this guys life. Sorry if that bothers you.

You are missing the point, which might be my poor writing skills. Nothing to besmirch this actor which certainly had some character flaws, but I digress. There so many individuals, men and women, these days that get little in life recognition I always wonder why some people who don't even know this guy, can come forth with all the emotion and platitudes when he was barely recognized within his own industry.

Oh well if I offended anyone with my frankness, so be it as this is the internet, right?

Hey "bravoone" you could have simply chosen NOT to become part of the thread, rather than provide 'unnecessary' comments.

RIP JH.

R.i.P Kevin's dad.

Don't know him personally but appreciate the few hours of entertainment I enjoyed.

Apologise too for often mistaking him for William Hurt...

We were in the SF mid-peninsula visiting relatives when word of Mr. Heard's passing reached the news. He was apparently at Stanford Hospital for treatment and recuperating at a local hotel.
