So what else do you guys collect besides watches?

I used to collect sports cars but they took up too much room and time, now I collect vintage computers from the 1960's to 1970's like PDP-8, Sol-20, Altair, Scelbi and Apple-1.

I also collect vintage HP calculators and Bang-Olufsen stereo equipment. I'm pretty sure there are other things I collect but don't admit to myself. I do try to avoid becoming an active hoarder of junk, I'm one of those people where everything has got to be perfect or I have to restore it. So that limits a lot of stuff for me to buy in my collecting hobbies.

So what do you guys collect besides watches?

Cheers,
Corey

Lego. Keep the sets unopened; Star Wars and other licensed theme sets, such as Batman, etc.

That's funny. I just realized this is pretty much all I collect these days too. I have a bit of a minimalist personality (don't like too many items at home, etc) and haven't really found anything that interests me enough.

Wouldn't mind collecting sports cars, but to collect that I guess my main collecting has to pickup a lot of speed. :D

Records. I like travel books and vodka as well, and I bring one home every once in a while when I travel.

I collect watches and shoes. I also have a few mechanical keyboards. Does that count as a collection?

I have a small collection of antique telechron clocks, all pre 1940. I was thinking about putting a presentation on here showing them.

I have interests in particular outdoor pursuits. Out of respect for the forum rules, I will leave it at that. I have discovered that a lot of folks who enjoy watches also enjoy other intricate machines.

I like bikes (not motorcycles.) Have a couple of frames laying around, and lots of spare parts as I keep swapping them around. I also have a coin/banknote collection that I've been amassing since I was 2 years old.

Toys from my childhood era, especially ones I've only seen in catalogues or magazine ads & they never made it to my country.

Toys from my childhood era that I've owned/played with but have since been broken/lost/stolen/givenaway.

Pens & stationery.

Odd interesting gizmos.

Musical instruments (& I don't play).

Generally stuff that has no real purpose... other than sit there look cool & gather dust.

I hoard Lego who doesn't love overpriced plastic blocks.

Who collects watches anyway? They're all wearable so they're like my wardrobe, just because there's a dozen shirts hanging there doesn't mean I collect them

Shoes/clothes, vintage sunglasses, Scotty Cameron putters, gold coins.
I think I have a couple vintage HP calculators. PM me and I'll send them to you.

Here you go. Sold off a few on eBay the last 6 months. Mainly kept the vintage and 1 modern. The second from the left went to Scotty's custom shop a couple years ago. It is a fairly rare tour issue Trillium putter from many years ago. The putter on the far right was my first Scotty and is also 20+ years old. She is my go to putter and is actually like the old putter Spieth uses most of the time. If I get putting woes I go to the modern mallet.

awesome photo thanks for posting those.
I had a 2004-2005 scotty stolen from my truck a few years ago, still makes me angry to this day.

I can only imagine what some of those older ones are worth.
