Congratulations to your friend. Some great watches there - hope the grey premium wasn’t too painful...though it would be a LONG wait to get those from a Singapore AD, so great to pick them up when the opportunity presents itself

there's a premium for the redweller and hulk.
but not for the explorer 1 as its used.

there's a certain rush for hulk recently. I think because someone spread rumors of it getting discountinued.

Dont bank on Singapore AD to sell anything at retail.
At least not the ss models.
Most of these are headed straight to grey dealers locally for a fat profit margin. Ever since rolex drop the hammer on selling over retail prices.
Which then consumers like us will have to pay the premium over at the gray dealers.

nope. i am gaoxing84. i hook my friend up with a local dealer on the 3 pieces. told him i want to give the 214270 a test drive for a week and he was nice enough to loan me and compare with the 114270.

i got my hulk aside from the 3 pieces in the photos.

wasn't in the photo and yes i put it for sale but that's apart from the thread and we shouldn't discuss it here.

Interesting timing. The OP just posted a Hulk for sale at a crazy premium on the Classifieds. And this wouldn't be the first Hulk he has sold either. So I wonder if his "friend" is really a marketing ploy...
