Can you identify this watch?

My mom just recieved this watch after a death in the family. She said there is a reciept and a guarantee card with it. Description on reciept says only "18ct Rolex Ladies Watch". It was purchased in Switzerland in 1960. Trying to find out if we can get a model number or something to get it appraised and insured if needed. The pic she sent me isn't very good but was hoping someone could identify it.

Thanks
