What comes in a Rolex explorer ii box from an AD?

Hi all.

I bought a watch from an AD in london, an explorer 2 in black. Really like the watch and bought it there and then. The dealer said I could pick up my papers in a week or so as they said the watch had only just come in that morning. I thought fair enough, but the one thing I noticed when I got home was that I have no instruction manual. Also are there supposed to be any other booklets or manuals in the box?

Kinda new to the forum, second ever post so please go easy.

If the watch has just come in on delivery and it’s a Saturday, the office staff may not have added it to their inventory/system etc so reasonable for warranty card to follow....but I’d be chasing that up.

The watch should come with an Explorer 2 little green manual, warranty manual (sometimes), bezel protector and tags. How much of that you get depends on the AD.

I like a full set so I’d be chasing them, especially considering you probably paid RRP or close to it from an AD.

Thanks nairn1980. Having a look around the web that’s what I thought too. I’ll give them a ring today and chase them for the manuals

Update.

Just rang Rolex AD, they said manual will come with warranty papers. Watches and papers are sent in different packages on different dates for security reasons. Fair enough i guess.
