Does anyone know if Panerai Bezels are replaceable at the service center? I mean the huge watches are bounce to have dings or dents in the bezel sooner or later.

Yes they are available. If you look on most luminor cases there is a small gap in one spot, that is where they remove the bezel. They will certainly replace a bezel if needed or asked for.
