French toast. Never really cared as much for the other two.

Waffles. Each little divot in the waffle needs to be filled with butter! Then some maple syrup!

A diet is for the weak. Just exercise a lot and eat/drink as you please. Much more fun.

I have just finished a double pizza and a couple Heineken's on a Saturday evening over here. Does that count?

Found some no added sugar/low carb pancake mix and some syrup. Will give them a try and report back.
Waffles in the UK are mostly made of potato, I put a burger on them. |

That's what I thought, but they have low carb bread and all sorts now and apparently doesn't taste hideous according to Amazon reviews. I'll try them out next month. Maltitol is my fav sweetener so I can eat a lot of nice chocs, and now there are some nice jams, but I'll have to see about the white stuffs.

I have a Belgium waffle maker so I usually go that route but every now and then I go to Panera’s and get a loaf of their cinnamon raisin bread (thick slice) and make French toast from that. So if the waffles are Belgium I vote waffles otherwise get some nice cinnamon raisin bread and make some French toast.

Depends what type of waffle. If its the big Belgian style. Then waffle FTW.
