Who syncs/adjusts their watch to the time displayed on the forum at the top?

Just checked it against time.gov. TRF is a second or two slow, at least right now. The question is if that's a consistent lag, or if it changes.

The forum clock gets the time from whatever device you use to connect to TRF like your PC,MAC,or phone.
