WG Daytona choice.....which 116509?

Happy weekend All!

Thinking of picking one of these two up again....

What’d be your choice? (Regardless of current lineup)

A. Blue dial

B. Panda dial

Thanks all

Definitely white dial, as better contrast with black sub dials.

Between these... I'd go blue unless you have too many blue dial watches.

Blue dial. There is a huge difference in price between those two. A $10k difference. I feel the blue will have a shorter run and will be the more coveted Daytona down the line.

Edit: Sorry I was thinking of the non-panda white Arabic dial. Panda is worth more but the dials are too close for the panda premium to be worth it IMO. Blue is stunning in the sun. I also prefer the OF dial also. I’m not a fan of Arabic numerals on dials.

I'd get the blue dial, unless you have the D500 in which case I'd get and swap the panda dial into the ceramic.

Interesting to see numbers on the dial, only ever seen batons before.

I will choose the panda, I had the impression though that the white panda version in the pics. has been discontinued.

I like the white dial. But the blue would match the new car nicely :)

I tried the Blue dial a couple years ago and thought WOW this is a beautiful Daytona. It seemed subtle and refined and can be worn everywhere without drawing attention. The Panda has an eye catching dial and has a little more pop. Very hard choice to make and no wrong decision..

I don't really care for any Daytona with Arabic numbers. The dial has too much going on already and not enough real estate to fit in the numbers. I feel the same way about Sky-Dwellers with Arabic numbers.

The blue is beautiful. I've tried it on before (twice) and if I didn't end up with the blue dial Daytona I did, would probably have opted for it.

Yeah...couple thoughts...
White dial....Negative- the arabics do make a little clutter.
Positive- The contrast wins that dial over for me.

Blue dial....Negative- everything kind of blends together with the matching sub-dials
Positive- The blue is my favorite color

Ah, good point. I forgot to mention that the subdials kind of blend in too much with the blue dial. I think Daytonas should have either a contrasting subdial or a contrasting subdial ring. Having them blend in with the dial gives it a more formal look, like the diamond dial platinum Daytona.

Same here, if weren’t for the Arabic numerals then it would’ve been a hard choice so I vote blue here.

Blue looks beautiful but I have the panda and love it. Blue looks more dressy to me so guess it depends where you see this fitting in your collection.
