The new 38mm for a 6.75 flat wrist?
Currently, own a 41mm 15400 and feel it looks great although a touch big on me.
Wondering what you guys think about one of the new 38mm Steel chrono's on a 6.75 flat wrist? 40mm Daytona's fit perfect for me. I also read a few saying a 41mm AP fits like a 43 and that a 39mm 15202 fits like a 41mm in other brands. I can deal with my 41mm being a touch big but not sure I can deal with the 38 being too small. |

The 38mm would fit quite nicely on your wrist. I tried them in person, just a heads up that the bracelet tapers quite a lot. The dial on the sample that I tried was also starting to stain outside of the blue subdials. Better to try them in person first, perhaps the older 39mm chrono would suit you better, they are much cheaper too.

Hmm, I have a 39mm jumbo and the same size wrist. I'm not sure I would want to go any smaller.
But maybe the 38mm chrono is a great size when you try it in person.

What’s the best “value “ right now in your opinions... I’ve small wrists and have been told the 41 will be too large.... the 38mm pricing will be inflated on grey market.the new 38mm I mean. I’ve read the thin 39mm movements are delicate—YouTube watch blogs have indicated the same , but wonder if this is true. Rolexes can have issues also but I’ve never had any Rolex issues with me 5 rolexes I’ve Owned. Maybe I’ve been lucky so far too.

I agree with the earlier comment that with your wrist profile, the old gen 39mm ROC is the sweet spot.
I haven't seen the new 38mm in person - but I am personally not tempted by it, particularly since the bracelet seems to taper noticeably and the proportions look off to me. |

As a person comfortable with 15450 size (dial and bracelet wise), really looking forward to 38mm chrono

I appreciate the feedback and that is what I was thinking as well :(
My conclusion is use the 15500ST blue and flip the 26315ST panda white dial. |

I feel like it's much easier for guys with big wrists to go smaller than vice versa.

My wrist size is around 6.75”. The chrono wears smaller to me than 15400. You can see the photos that I took of the links that stick out here: https://www.rolexforums.com/showpost...15&postcount=6
