AD in Tokyo and London

Hi all, my first post in TRF. I am searching for the Root Beer 126711 CHNR and I have ask more than 20 ADs in Hong Kong, none of them have stock. I can only buy from grey dealers in this case but of course I have to pay premium for the watch. I still wish to buy the watch from AD with list price. Is this even possible now?

I will be visiting Tokyo and London soon. Would like to check are there any chance to walk-in AD in Tokyo or London and get my watch in list price? Will it be easier in AD in Swiss? Should I keep searching or just pay a premium to enjoy the watch now?

Is not about the money but somehow I don’t feel like paying premium if it is still possible to get the watch in list price.

From my understanding, limited chance in London but I would not say never.

London and Tokyo are among the most difficult cities to get something at an AD.
I would say clearly 0% chance to get something there. Better to ask to have your name on a waiting list in an other country and wait ....

If you are willing to pay the premium, you will find all kind of SS Rolex you want in several stores at Tokyo.
But my opinion is better to wait ... for a CHNR it would be 1 year max

Don’t suppose the waitlist is crazy long as in the Daytonas. Sign up at the airport if you travel often enough. Happy to check with my AD for you and see how long it’s gonna be.

Thanks for all the comments, I have bought the ‘Root Beer’ in AD. Managed to get it with a friend’s help, through some relationship . Else is impossible to get anywhere.

The ‘Root Beer’ 126711 CHNR is absolutely stunning watch, I wear it everyday since I bought it and never regret.
