Another know-it-all. I don't know a lot about the economy, but for him to say that the collapse in commercial real estate will be much worse than has happened in the mortgage market leads me to believe that he doesn't know any more than I do.
My guess is that he has a vested interest in fearmongering--like maybe a book for sale?

Do some research on Gerald Celente. Unfortunately, his track record for predicting trends has been pretty solid for almost 30 years.

Thanks for sharing Al...the whole world is suffering..US might be doing its own share...I think US has to do better it make take awhile but US has to recover first then everything will follow....a lot of this countries are relying on US economy..and all i know it will take years for the US to recover

I'm not ready to throw myself off the Tobin Bridge yet.
I agree that we need to innovate and start manufacturing tangible 'products' again here in the US. Education in the sciences needs to be encouraged.
