Economic Stimulus Idea: would be great for Rolex

Idea: If they say the economy further worsens by the lack of credit and most of all consumer spending than the solution is obvious!

During the New Deal Roosevelt's Brain Trust came close to proposing that Pensioners, and working folks would get a government allowance each month 5 times the amount of Social Security. BUT, they had to spend it ALL in 30 days time or they would suffer penalties etc.

The idea was to get the economy rolling and cycle the money back into the system to avoid the current problem. You know the one where they give Billions to industry and trust they will hire or spend? Even the most generous industry captain etc, is going to hold back now. However, if you gave the money to consumers who had to spend it (say a debit card) in 30 days ALL of our businesses/ bosses would be doing great.

Many of you would and could go to an AD tomorrow and start spending!!!
