Over the last couple of decades it's always been estimated to be between 9 and 13 weeks.
In more recent years they've typically been a week shorter than the original estimate. Turn around time estimates has always been wavering but decreasing(trending down) overall. The biggest shift downward seemed to be when Sydney RSC opened up but I'm not entirely certain what roll they play in the grand scheme of things but I have heard that Melbourne handles the East coast and Sydney looks after the West and NZ???? To help answer your question. Considering that the Melbourne RSC has relocated, it's not inconceivable that they have made some changes to further reduce the turn around times. |

It would depend on there workload but a average for service world wide is around 4-8 weeks at busy times could be longer.

I just dropped off my watch for service at my AD. The AD then uses RSC Melbourne for all service. They got a note from RSC, to have a watch back before Christmas, they must sent it by mid of this month. Normally, it takes about 8 wks (average time) for service.
Previously, i had a watch back within 6 weeks but that was back in 2013. Sent from my SM-G973F using Tapatalk |

All good to know.
It seems as though things are improving overall and that their estimated turn around time corresponds to what's on the website My last service a few years ago was estimated to be 10 weeks but came back in 9 |
