greetings everyone

i'm considering buying 1601 and find it at local second hand watch shop , it's 1601 but with 1603 bezel insert , everything else look ok but wrong bezel. The seller asking for 2500usd ,is it worth?

Is it worth it to you?

Bezels can be had pretty cheap if you want to change it.

Value depends on the rest of the watch, so good photos are absolutely necessary. Could be worth it, could be crap.

Its fairly common for the bezels to be swapped between the 1601 and 1603. But if it bothers you, don't get it else you'll never be satisfied with the watch.

If you intend to sell the watch later on, it just might be a little harder to find someone else who doesnt mind as well.

Just my 2 cents.
