Stolen Yacht Master Pics

I am not sure if this is an issue but at least half of these pics are stolen from another listing. Is this permitted with Ebay? How do you know any of the pics are of the actual watch for sell?

http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=290301263668

Pics stolen from Moneybaby

See post below for correct link to stolen photos......

With a description of:

"Serial #K
LNIB 90% slight wear in bracelet with Box warranty and papers"

This smells of SCAM!

...afraid I DIS-AGREE with you...

...on this one.

...NONE of the times shown on the watch pic's in the first listing match the time on the watch pic's in the second listing.

Stan.

These would have to be the closest maybe after a photoshop attack but that would show on the dial and bezel big time, different sales different watches.

Stan there could have been a different listing used from Moneybaby but the pics look EXACTLY like theirs and have the same characteristics of their listings.......I included the listing to show the similarities. Sorry for the confusion.

Here is the listing I meant to use....

http://cgi.ebay.com/16622-Yachtmaste...A1%7C294%3A200

Moneybaby has several Yachtmasters listed

For sure the picture of the boxes are the same! Look at the watermark on the top left, reads like (swiss neva)...my eyes are not the greatest!

I guess my main question is what are the stipulations with Ebay in using another persons photo to advertise your merchandise? To me it would seem very misleading even if they only show one of the actual item they are selling. The stolen photos could shine a better light on the actual item for sale.

...HOWEVER, it is very difficult to get them taken down sometimes, just for stolen pic's. The original owner of the pic's NEEDS to report the discrepancy, and eBay WILL remove the appropriate listing.

...the original person has propriety rights and cannot be used by someone else for the purpose of selling.

...now, to ME, the showing of MORE than pic's of the ACTUAL ITEM for sale borders on fraud. At minimum, it is MIS-REPRESENTATION of the watch being sold.

...sometimes eBay reacts differently with various listings....go figure.

...we shall see.

The seller has over 600 sales and is rated at 100%. I would say he is a photo thief and nothing else. Other than he does not know the correct year for a "K" series watch.

Don't you just love when a plan DOESN'T come together. One mis-click can cause all this confusion.......Sorry guys. I have actually done business with Moneybaby with no issues or problems. Very straight shooters....
