dssd production volume

anyone knows if dssd is in the same regular production volume as other rolexes? i keep hearing people saying it is either in limted or smaller production than others.

I assume production would be on par with the outgoing (or I guess 'gone') SD4000 model. What that production number is, I have no idea. I'm sure they make less Sea-Dwellers than Subs, but I don't think it could be considered a limited production.

definitely not limited production.
actual number of production per year, Rolex never released those numbers.

im sure its a regular run but whats nice is that its only available in stainless, just like the SD4000, i am sure the run is the same for the Explorer II as there is no TT or Gold counterpart.

The production is by far much less than any other professional model because the remaining models come in SS, TT, Gold, Diamond, Jewel variants.

I called Rolex Canada and asked about it. It's definitely a regular production watch and they will not discontinue it.
