AP at palazzo Vegas is turning into AP ownes boutique

Will be finalized in March or thereabouts. This is good they will have more access to pieces. I’m kind of excited about this. We walk by y’all to them all the time but have never really bought anything.

Curious how that works... did AP buy in with some earn out and muscle their way in?... I mean if you said No they would lose the status... that’s a bad negotiating position for the owner feels like. Anyone knows how this works?

What about the AP boutique at Crystals? Is that still open? I think the Palazzo AD has been partnered with AP for awhile now, last time I was there they were displaying pre owned AP that carried the AP warranty.

Crystals is already boutique. The other half owner is Westime. The Palazzo AP was not AP owners boutique...but now will. I believe that one is a local Las Vegas owner.

Haven’t heard this about Palazzo, surprised it’s not being shutdown altogether. I know the new AP and Richard Mille boutiques opening soon in Dallas are Westime owned as well.

Anything info on the RM? My wife Hermès SA at highland said Jan for AP. I haven’t been down to Dallas in a while.
