Stolen Rolex
This is so hard to say but recently completed a difficult divorce with kids. During my SeanDweller went "missing". I know she took it and had hoped it would be returned. Well 1 1/2 years later. She had the watch box and papers. What to do?

The proper situation for a good attorney. Good luck.

If you know that she has it, and it is yours through your decree, or was yours personally, you may have rights to it.
Most lawyers will type up a Demand Letter for a reasonable fee, on their letter head, requesting that the property be turned over before it becomes a court action.

Sorry about that op, can be real difficult with children. If she denies and continues theres not much you can do. Document it as missing. Get a new watch, lifes short, get back up on that high horse

Date a stripper publicly. Post pics of you two at dinner on FB. Forget the watch. Buy a new one. Divorce is brutal bro.

I’m not sure you should be taking advice from TheRolexForum for this

I "lost" a lot of valuable and very personal stuff in the same situation.
It didn't matter, just things, the pain of my kids still haunt me
