Finally Black Daytona Incoming
It goes to show you that patience is definitely a virtue. One year of being on the list and it finally comes in. Of course two weeks after the price increase but hey I’m not complaining. 13.9K out the door. I know the majority on this forum like the white but to me there’s no comparison. The black dial is just stunning in every way. I could’ve taken either one because both were an option for me. I chose black. I was so excited when I got to the AD I could barely speak properly. LOL

Congrats!!!

Are you planning on getting another one from this AD? Since you got this one you can probably ask for anything. What about a Batgirl to complement this Daytona?

I wasn’t expecting the Daytona. It was a total surprise. Actually I didn’t expect the day date so soon either (I was told May) but that came in a few months sooner than I thought.

No. I actually owned the white dial when it first came out. I just couldn’t get to where I loved it. I felt like it was wasted on me and at that time it was even more sought after than today if you can believe it. So I hooked a friend up and sold it. I guess I picked white originally because it was what was most popular and that was stupid. I really should’ve studied them better and then I would’ve known I like the black more. I can read the black a little better but I had no problem telling time on the white. I do hate that the Daytona does not have a date but I understand it’s tradition.

What surprised me was how all the other sales people were acting. Like myself and my sales lady were the plague or something.
