Brand New Chuck Taylor's! And a Rolex :)

Brand spankin new Chuck's and my 14270 Explorer.

Side note, my folks always bought me Chuck Taylor's growing up as they were cheap shoes, and kids are inevitably hard on things. That said, I still love them after all these years, but I'll be damned they ain't cheap anymore! $70.00 bucks for Converse All Stars?! I think I remember my dad shelling out $17.00 for them.

Without further adieu, some "cheap" ass shoes and a Rolex

Awesome, I grew up in the 50s and always had a pair. Of course they were handed down to me from my brother. I was always ok with that, I thought it made me cool like him.

It’s almost inhuman to not own a pair of chucks. Got two sweet pairs.

Brand New Chuck Taylor's! And a Rolex

I remember playing basket ball with chucks as a kid. I would likely pull my back doing that now

Too expensive for my parents to provide, having four boys. I did buy an pair a couple of years ago and was stunned at the lack of arch support. Wore them once and gave them to goodwill.

Love the Chucks look but I am no longer in my teen years so my feet hate them.

I have major feet issues myself, I ain't exactly young anymore. For casual basis, they work for me. My other "regular" casual shoe are Adidas Lite Racers, but they seem to be hard to find these days. I run with Hoka Clifton's, I would consider those my main shoe for real work. I'm a shoe junky, not as bad as my wife tho.

Yes! Daughter is on her 4th pair of low tops. She has arch supports in them though; takes after her Mom.

This.

But I bought a pair of SuperFeet insoles for mine and now they feel like a pair of Clark's or Ecco's or something. If you're gonna wear Converse, do your feet a favor and get some nice arch supports in there!

And of course always wear them with a nice watch...

I have a nice new pair that I bought years ago and worn a few times. I just took your advice and ordered a pair of SuperFeet insoles. Thanks for the advice amigo!

Brand new CTs looks wrong, go play in some dirt and mud for a few days and repost.

Superfeet insoles come in a variety of thicknesses so depending on how your shoes fit you might need thinner ones in certain shoes and thicker ones in others. Of course it's tough to go shopping and try things on right now.

One of the best photos on the site. Love the khaki's too! My 25yo son wears Chuck's almost exclusively. Wish I could wear them...tried a couple years ago...hurt my feet.

I 100% agree. Chuck Taylors look nice but from a support and comfort perspective they're lacking imho!!!
