explorer vs new gmt?
this will be my first rolex..im torn between the 2 models..what is a better investment?..

Excise that "investment" thought right out of your mind.... Both models have the identical movement and are Rolex watches... they will both hold their resale value very well, but you probably won't still be around to see any amount of "profit" from either.. Get the one that you want to put on your wrist every day for the foreseeable future.......... . . Now, if history is any indication, the Explorer II will be worth far more than the GMT in 50 years.

I agree with Larry. Don't think about the watch as an investment. Pick the one that 'sings' to you and enjoy it!

They are both incredible watches, and I agree with Larry, buy the one that you like the best, end of story. I guess it comes down to a white face vs black?
