Hello Kermit

Long story short about 1.5yrs ago I was offered either the hulk or Pepsi from my ad and passed on them . I pretty much instantly felt regret especially every time checked and saw prices jumping up. Fast forward to last week, I caked my ad asking if it would be possible to get me a nos hulk and the answer was no . They did ask me if I liked the new kermit to which I said " eh, haven't really put thought into it" but in any case I was told they would let me knownof one comes in. . Over the next few days I started researching, warming up to it, and actually possibly liking it over the hulk. Then I got the call yesterday and the rest is history as they say . . Totally unexpected but didn't want to pass this up and possibly regret it again

Congrats!! Better to have the Kermit when theres no Hulk for sale anymore. Btw, i prefer the Hulk. Thats what i have.

I have both and love both for different reasons ... you’ll be surprised as to how different it is to the hulk.. in a good way though, very cool watch .. and the new 12 series subs is absolutely an improvement so you’ll love that too - sorry to hear you passed up those other beauties however you can still get the Pepsi someday, and you’re doing quite wonderfully with acquiring the current green sub in the meantime .. enjoy !!

Thanks , I had the sub -c when it first came out and can't remember how it felt on wrist. Would you say the size difference is noticeable on wrist? ... I'm already planning to nab a pepsi next year lol . I hope they don't get discontinued, I like the pepsi alot more than the batman

Hopefully you actually liked the watch and that’s why you bought it. I tried it and passed due to the very large clasp. Ymmv. Enjoy!

Thanks guys, the more it's on my wrist the more I'm warming up to it and starting to really like it .... I think the hulk will always be my hero though . . Maybe because its kind of unattainable for me at the moment.

Your bezel looks matte in this photo and then the next photo someone posted looks glossy. How would you describe it? Have you compared it to the outgoing hulk bezel?

Bezel is glossy

My previous pic doesn’t do the Kermit bezel justice

I have held both in same light and new Kermit and hulk have same bezel

Size wise it pretty much feels the same. Obviously side by side and trying it on your will feel subtle differences but nothing material. Personally, i felt the new Sub sat thinner and lighter than old Sub. Visually, the fat lugs on the Hulk did not do it for me.

Once on wrist, you can't tell.

Yeah never liked Hulk with the green dial and green bezel combination. And never liked the square-ish fat lugs of the previous generation Sub. I avoided the prior gen Sub and went with SD4K for my black bezel diver.

That said, the new Sub and new Kermit is perfect !
