Highest Quality Case Restoration Service

I recently purchased an Explorer I 214270 for a decent price grey and would like to have the case refinished as it does have mild scratches and a few light divots. The bracelet is mildly worn as well.

Would Roliworks be the best choice for this service? I got a quote and it was very reasonable. My biggest worry is that the bezel edges will get polished away as I have heard many places wont remove bezels for the Explorer I.

Refinishing is what Rolliworks is known for, so I would say that they would be a good choice.

You would need to discuss what you want if the bezel concerns you. They do come of, and go on, relatively easy with the proper tools. They are also cheap to replace if necessary.

Sent to Rolliworks today I will be posting some very detailed before and after results. I am excited to say the least.

I decided with the discontinuation of the 39mm I would give it a quick freshen up and relegate it slightly less use in my rotation.

What are the pluses and minuses for LAWW vs. Rolliworks?

I only have experience with rolliworks in that I purchased my 16710 from someone who had the watch serviced and case refinished by them a few months before I bought it.

The casework was immaculate. It looked like the day it came from the factory and the watch runs +/-1spd. They also gave back all the replaced parts.

I know people have had great experiences with LAWW too. I don’t think you could go wrong with either.
