34mm?

Hey,

Why not go way back and make a 32mm?

That's the trend, right?

lol.

lol.
Time to pick up an AK before they "go back to the classic size" and add a 32xx. Also, with the Exp 1 now back to 36mm, the AK feels like it's got it's own place in the range. Everyone always cross-shopped the two for size and price.

Did they discontinue the 34mm “date”? That had a 3135 (I think), but now I’m not seeing on the Rolex site.

I think so. I had an AK and now a Milgauss. The 3131 is the smoothest winding movement of any Rolex I've had.

Agree. AK is smooth as butter.

Very curious to see what they do with the AK. I feel like it doesn’t get a lot of love despite never seeing them in the case

I think it's a good looking watch with nice proportions.

I just can't get over the mixed arabic minute and hour numerals. Obviously the Ex1 in 39mm is gone, but for of those two, I'm taking the ex 1 all day for the simple dial design. I also think it's slightly thinner which appeals to me.

With the 39mm Ex 1 gone, the AK might have it's moment if they keep it around.

The AK can be a bit polarizing, but I do like the styling when I've seen it in person. I just put a deposit down on a Z-Blue though, so that'll be my 31xx watch.

I believe a few Cellini's also have the 31×× still, moonphase included.
