I like Hodinkee leather straps. Pricey but worth it for a Rolex. Nice Explorer

Vintage Leather Strap Recommendations for 14270 Explorer
I’ve had great luck with B and R Bands. They’ve got lots of vintage, Horween and shell cordovan available. Great website and easy to use.
