Rolex president band : links too loose ?
Hi :)
I bought a used Rolex DayDate 36mm, but it seems that the links are too loose (in my humble opinion but I don't know much about those President Bands...) Could some one tell me if it's too loose or not ? And around how much is the price to fix it like a new band ? Thx a lot in advance !!! :) |

That looks good, not that much stretch. Here is mine which had a lot more stretch, before and after been retrofitted by Rolliworks: Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk Pro

They did an amazing work on your watch ! Do you remember for how much they did that ? :) And do you think that when this watch is brand new : the band is completely horizontal like on your second pic ? thx ! :) |

From what have seen is a very time consuming effort, they break all links into pieces to do all repairs, then re assemble it (there are a few videos on Youtube) Quote:

That looks fine. I don’t know the age of yours, but if you keep it clean, IMO that has *many* good years of service in it before any bracelet work is needed. If you want it done anyway, the cost is about $1500.
For comparison, here is how one looks when it is ‘stretched’ out - . . |

Yes, the one on your pic needs help ! :)) Maybe it's better to do nothing on mine... But I have idea about how it looks when it's new... Except a video on Youtube but it shows a very new model with ceramic inside...: this pic is from this video |
