FS- Rolex 1500 Date Silver Dial 1961

For sale is a pre-owned excellent condition 34mm stainless steel Rolex Date. The reference 1500, circa 1961, is being sold as watch only. No box or original paperwork will be included in the sale. The Date features silver with applied stick indices, date aperture at three o’clock, and a blued steel second hand. The dial is in great shape conserving the age, showing only the smallest of blemish at noon. The acrylic crystal shows a few imperfections upon close inspection, but nothing that detracts from the overall appearance of the watch. The hands show signs of aging and oxidation which is common for watches of this era. The previously polished case remains in nearing condition and is mounted to a recently refinished bracelet. The bracelet remains in 75% condition with moderate stretch and no viable signs of wear. As configured the watch will accommodate a 7.25 wrist on the largest micro-adjustment. The 1500 is powered by an automatic Rolex caliber 1565 with an approximate power reserve of 42-hours.

Shall deliver with a 15 month in house warranty on the movement for $3,450 plus state tax where applicable.
