Your watch is a 1940's Rolex Precision
Early watches are generally valued on originality of the dial and hands, and overall condition.

The Internet is filled with values, we don't do that here as it varies considerably from region to region, and by those things we can't possibly know by a few pictures.

Thanks for your answer , I can’t find the exact model on the internet , that’s why I am asking here. The web search shows me results between 1000 and 20000 dollars. I would like to know approximately the price

I'd lean more toward the lower end there. Even that might be optimistic.

As shown in the photos, the reference number is 3121 and the model name is Speedking. That should be enough for you to find comparable sales prices (not asking prices). There are certainly people who collect and enjoy Speedkings, but they don't bring high prices, partly because of their small size.

I'd add that the "SPEEDKING" model was used with many cases including 3139 and 4220..

Here are mine:

4220

4220

3139

Wonderful collection you have Dr. Smellody. The 4220 with central seconds is a real beauty.
