Now that plastic coffins are no longer used...

Now that plastic coffins are no longer used, are they worth more now that they are discontinued
Or...do you prefer paper or plastic

what they should do is release a final batch of Tiffany blue colored plastic coffins....with box and papers too for good measure.

I’ve built up an impressive collection of these over the years.

RSC also gave me one, as well as a green pouch, when I collected my DJ from them.

I love the plastic coffins when I’m shipping a watch out to a buyer. They are super convenient. Outside of that, I’ve never used one.

Was just bored and looking for some amusement;)
They really only come in handy for sending out a watch for repair or if selling watch only.
Maybe I should start painting them???blue, red, yellow, green:) LOL

The plastic coffins are great. I’ve built up a sizable collection of them. I use them to store watches in the safe and safe deposit box when not wearing. I pick up a few from my AD every time I buy a watch.

The paper carton is how new Rolex watches arrive to ADs. My AD confirmed and showed me around Thanksgiving.

If you’ve gotten one in the older, plastic coffin, would think your AD moved it to that one for better protection or shipping.

Since most of the time they just end up in the garbage, it’s a good move by Rolex to drop the plastic.
