Any recommendations for Rolex repair/service in Northern VA? Has anyone used Arlington Watch Works?

I haven’t used them but have worked with John Alabaster Watch & Clock in Vienna, VA. They helped me source a vintage Rolex I really wanted, vetted it to make everything was legit, and immediately and professionally addressed an issue with the watch when something popped up. I haven’t used them to service a watch before (I went to someone in DC previously that I won’t go back to), but I will be using them moving forward. May be worth checking them out and seeing if you are comfortable with them. I was beyond impressed with how they went so far out of the way to help on a deal where they were receiving so little in compensation in return.

I use John Alabaster Watch & Clock in Vienna for all my watch services. They have done a great job on all the watches i've taken to them. I had a Rolex 1675 GMT model a couple years ago that another watchmaker botched. Alabaster immediately diagnosed the issue. He then obtained the new Rolex part, fixed it, overhauled it, and it worked flawlessly.
Stop by and see if they are able to help you. |
