Datejust in Watchbox and the dial it’s not consistent with the Year of Production

I bought a Rolex Datejust 36 Circa 2000 from Watchbox, and I didn’t research much about the dial and the variations from year to year, basically I trust in the Store and the Authentication from Ebay. But now I just realized that the dial doesn’t match with the year of production! How is this possible? Does anybody know if this is possible to happened? Is this a Frankenwatch? Did my watch losse the value because of that? So many questions, please help me
Cheers
J

Too many things that we don't know, except that it is a nice-looking watch.

What we do know is that there are dozens of dials available for a DJ. Replacing a dial does not make it a "Frankenwatch" and seldom has any value affect on this model.

. The "authentication" process has nothing to do with a dial, or any other part that may have been replaced at some point in time.

. How did you determine it's approximate date?

. How did you decide the dial doesn't match its production date?

It's a nice watch, enjoy it, don't concern yourself with the value.
