Which part of your Daytona would you like brushed?

The stock SS Daytona 116520 comes with polished bezel, lugs, case sides, centerlinks and sides of the bracelet.

Yes, i have been looking at the polished bezel, lugs, case sides and center links of my SS Daytona and wondered what percentage of members in this forum prefers certain parts of their Daytona to be brushed and the reason for it. Thus the poll.

I'll have to agree on that Eddie, well the only legit way I can have a brushed bezel is to pull the trigger on an EXP II. Now that would be THE REASON.

I tried to vote but the option of keeping it as is was not offered so i'm going like Eddie and the others to keep mine the way it came, as is.

It's a beauty no matter how you like it...

But the polished center-links are just too much neon for a watch...

Then there's little guesswork involved for what you think of modern Breitlings!

Not a fan of the modern Daytona full stop, hate the polished bezel and centrelinks but put the bezel and dial of 6263 then perhaps I would like the modern day Daytona.

will second Tools. It's a nice watch, but it shines too much (too afraid of becoming blind while reading the time on a sunny day...) Would be nice to have a 3rd SS option : brushed finish like the EXPII

brushed

Just could not live with the ghetto center links, had to brush. I didn't mess with the rest of it though. Normally I think things should be left stock, but given the history of the model going brushed was not a stretch. I have always worn a 6263 or Sub-the 4130 movement really is a masterpiece and I love the watch-just need it to be more subdued.

I say brush the case sides , my brother did his case sides of his SS Daytona and it looks really nice , and it tones down the bling factor of the watch itself and gives more attention to the inner details of bezel and dial.

it's a beautiful watch itself but the brush case sides really brings it out.

Brush the center links.... and that's it.

Having said that.... there is nothing like a 6263.
