Possible to purchase only the bracelet from Rolex?

I've got my eye on a BLNR on Jubilee, but would love to also have the Oyster bracelet to provide optimal flexibility. Is it true Rolex will not sell a bracelet unless you surrender whichever came on the watch when you purchased it? If an Oyster were available, what might I expect to pay for it? TIA.

Not true, some people had ordered the bracelet through their AD

My AD couldn’t order the spare bracelet, so I sent it to RSC Dallas. My movement was running slow, so the process is taking what feels like forever. It arrived to them late July and won’t be done until early October.

$1900 for oyster bracelet. $2100 for jubilee.

For the BLRO in the UK you can buy the other bracelet and either keep the existing one or trade it in. Some UK ADs seem unaware of this and don't do it. The RSC will do it.
