One of the worlds seven natural wonders.

Just got back from an epic 4 days below the rim of the Grand Canyon. I’ve crossed it several times on the the corridor trails which is always spectacular, but this time out in the backcountry. Felt like I was in a Nat Geo documentary. Brought the Black Bay and I can now say the lume goes all night. This is a beautiful country we live in!

Beautiful shots and that’s the strangest rain cloud I’ve ever seen and most beautiful also. Great experience you had, I’m envious.
Went to the Canyon once about 8 years ago. Wife and I were in Vegas and a whim we decided to drive to GC. It was well over 100* F when we left Vegas and a couple hours later hit the Canyon. We pull up to a look out and get out of the car and the temp was probably in the mid 20’s the wind was blowing about 25 mph and it started snowing horizontally. We were dressed for 100+ temps so we took some pics and headed back to the Vegas oven after about half hour. We really have to get back there and do it right.

I am always in awe of this spot!! Beautiful, went there half-snapped with a bunch of buddies while in Vegas years ago and wish I went back in a more coherent state...one day again. Brave soul to set up camp there too, I could not do it. Thanks for sharing Ralph!
