Has anyone ever dealt with Prestige Brothers in NYC?

No. Looks like they have a booth in the diamond exchange on 47th. Their Google Maps page has a few pics you can see of their little set up.

So, in conclusion, I would pass.

depends what you're buying. They have a social media presence. Have seen them do deals with Tuscanyrose on social media. But buying in the diamond district is a minefield. Not all watches are created equal there, even from sellers that have solid reputations. Theres a ton of custom dials, bezels, diamonds, etc.

Also, Diamond District does a lot of very light polishing on watches to get them sale ready. I would avoid this. I doubt you're getting the deal of the century either. So for that reason, probably would pass unless you have strong strong reason not to
