need help identifying 18138 dial

Would anyone know if Rolex offered a factory diamond baguette dial like this on a
18138 #9534xxx?

Don't think this came from the factory like this. Haven't seen this shape and size of baguettes before.

Edit: hmm apparently the rolex naming on the bezel was a thing...

I believe the dial is a modified original Rolex dial with added diamonds.
Factory baguettes looked like this back then.

I'm no expert but the dial looks like it may be aftermarket. However, I have seen that the style bezel.

The diamonds on the watch pictured appear to be bigger than the Rolex S320 dail diamonds. But it could be the poor quality photo.

Clearly aftermarket, if not worse. Are they asking a price that is too good to be true? Watch out.
