AIS watches - stainless steel link for a white gold watch

This is not a warning message. Overall, the AIS watch is still reliable. Here is my story to share.
With Aamir's help, I ordered a white gold Rolex. The next-day shipping was excellent. Two issues were identified after receiving it.
1. It is a white gold watch but I got one STAINLESS STEEL link.
Solution: Aamir is cooperative and responsive during the weekend. Aamir replaced me a white gold link plus a $150 compensation.
2. It is a white gold Rolex but I got a medium (Oyster M) box with stickers of stainless steel 116710BLNR on it. I am expecting the original Oyster L box for precious metal Rolexes.
Solution: Aamir explained the box is not bound with the watch. AD can use Oyster M box for precious metal watches. No replacement. I am convinced.
Although we customers should not expect these unpleasant issues, we should allow people to make mistakes. I believe these are just their mistakes. They are not intended to mix a STAINLESS STEEL link with a white gold watch.
Overall, it's not a warning message. The customer service is still good. They will fix issues as long as you can find it.

Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback about your recent transaction with us. We value every client's opinion and want to ensure complete satisfaction. I want to clarify a few points to offer a well-rounded perspective on our interaction.

Upon your confirmation of receiving the package on Friday morning at 10:30 AM confirming that all was good with the package and also leaving positive feedback, you again contacted me later that night between 10-11:30 PM EST to express concerns about the watch's link material. Given that I personally handled the packaging, I was surprised to hear of the discrepancy. I am 100% sure the extra link that I sent was white gold and despite being on a family trip, I immediately offered two options for resolution: a full refund or a replacement of the link, I decided to absorb the cost myself cut my losses, and move on.

I understand that trust is an important factor in any transaction. While I considered the possibility of the link being swapped, there was no conclusive way for either one of us to prove it on either end. Hence, I proposed to bear the cost and send you the correct White Gold (WG) link.

You then said you were unhappy and that I should offer compensation so that It would remind me to be careful and avoid mistakes to which I asked what compensation you were looking for. Your subsequent request for a 20% compensation, amounting to $6,300 (Sale price $31,500) was quite unexpected and frankly unfair. However, we settled on $150 compensation for the inconvenience, which you accepted.

Concerning the packaging (box) everything was shown in my listing and the way you approached me and accused me again and again of swapping the link I would have rather taken the watch back because there was no telling if you would claim something else later on but you insisted you wanted to keep the watch.

Please see the link for the positive feedback on TRF and screenshots of our conversation.
