Thoughts on this Mont Blanc?
This is all I know:

There are a number of variations of this model out there. Some more fancy than others. One has mother of pearl on the Montblanc star situated on the cap. I think this is a more basic version. One thing to consider is that these pens are very thin relative to other pens in the Montblanc range. Also on the small side.
There is a similar variant out there with a serpent theme instead of the spider that is even more common. Same basic size and shape. Some of these have an interesting two tone coral pen body. It is not particularly rare. And not particularly valuable. I remember seeing them advertised for sale at the Bicester Village Montblanc store's website a year or so back. But it by all means if you like it. Don't buy it thinking that you are getting an especially rare collectors piece that will hold value. In my opinion anyways. |
