Does the Royal Oak SS Bracelet "STRETCH" Over Time?

Does the Royal Oak SS bracelet stretch over time, similar to Rolex SS Oyster and Jubilee bracelets (assuming this is still a thing in Rolex SS), as a result of the wear/tear on the pins/screws?

Or are the pins/screws in the RO SS constructed differently to avoid this?

I can only imagine that its all depending on how hard you are on the bracelet and how tight you wear it,

The proverbial “stretch” is caused by dirt and grime wearing between the pivots in the links. In reality there is no stretch of the links. Regular cleaning of your watch will alleviate this.

In fact, wearing the watch tighter is better (despite the name “stretch”) since there is less movement/pivoting of links.

Best practices are to clean watch regularly and wear at a comfortable snugness. Not all loosey goosey like some folks.

Ceramic pins and sleeves would alleviate the abrasion that causes stretch. Can’t comment on ROs specifically but the SS screws and bars I assume are less pervious to stretch in relation to a modern jubilee, for example.

Yes, they do stretch over time. But how much and how slowly depends on how tight or loose you fit the bracelet. You don't want the watch too tight. But too lose is also bad for causing wear on the links.

Yes they do, and also I have seen many lose the sharpness on the inner part of the links just from being worn.
