Trouble winding new 41 mm Navitimer

My Navitimer 1, 41 mm A17326 is very stiff to wind and set. Recently complained to the AD and they sent it back to Breitling. Picked it up yesterday and its still pretty stiff to set and wind. My sa showed me a new one from the case and it was exactly the same thing. I'm getting older so this won't get easier for me.

Any suggestions? Thank you in advance..

I have the 41mm chrono, mint green, mine is not that hard to wind. My husband had a 43 mm version that was. Some are some aren’t. It is a known problem. Supposedly doesn’t effect the function of the watch.

That’s it. Yes very nice watch. The Atlanta Falcons coach wears one.
