Incoming Star

I thought I won’t be able to get it after I saw it in the legacy section.
Few weeks later I get the call.
It’s simply phenomenal in person.
Amazing AP service as usual.

If money were no object I’d be going for this one Gareth, truly stunning.

Unfortunately it’s around 5 times the price of a Starwheel I believe - so a little out of my price range!

Well the Universelle RD4 is not bad either. Quite possible the most complicated piece that is actually perfectly wearable. Unfortunately it is 1.4M and I think already sold out.

Wow, that was a steal for whoever won the auction. Not even half price, closer to a third of the RRP price!

Not the same model, but nevertheless a bargain.
This is the previous, discontinued model in two tone, 50 pieces production. The octagon mid case is in rose gold. In general AP does not make a lot of two tone models, which makes it even more rare.

Got a chance to try on when in Switzerland last month. Absolutely loved it in person. Fits so nicely and just as cool as it gets in my mind. Congrats. Hoping to join you as an owner of one eventually....if the AP Gods look kindly on me

Hopefully you can get it soon!

In my case it is 4th AP/2nd Code and my SA needed an approval.
Some folks here have gotten it as 3rd piece I think.

Thanks for the info. At least my want list is long enough that eventually I'll make the "minimum" to get one!

Congrats! It is a great watch, conversation starter, dressy and sport in one, with the gold and ceramic case. I love it!
