A Newbie Introduction

Hi guys!

Not sure you do intro's here, but at tz-uk I did so I'll do it here aswell.

I have a pretty new found interest in watches, maybe a year ago or so since I discovered the beauty in a fine timepiece.

Right now I have a Breitling Chronomat Evo & Baume Mercier Classima however I really like the 'rootbeer' GMT so I'm on the lookout for one of those.

Anyway, just wanted to say hello

Regards nejo / Kristoffer

Welcome and good choice. The solid gold rootbeer is on my list one day. I feel funny wearing solid gold at my age, but maybe one day I'll own this....

That's a nice nipple dial, Mik.

Would look good on any wrist!

It is a somewhat grail. I call it somewhat b/c I could actually afford this one someday. The nipples (don't go there guys ) are neither here nor there for me. It is all about that chocolate brown matte dial......

I have to agree with your drooling. I like the 16713 rootbeers with the oyster bracelet, sapphire crystal, and jump hour convenience.

But I concede that the old nipple dial makes it all the more rare.

Welcome o TRF. Be careful... like other said watches are addicting and can bceome quite expensive.

The root beer is a very nice watch.

You have a nice collection too by the way
