Modestly priced diamond watches

I saw a watch similar to the one in the link below at Costco the other day, diamond dial for a few hundred dollars.

http://www.bulova.com/brands/bulova/...0&brand=bulova

I'm sure it wouldn't be high quality diamonds in terms of cut, clarity etc. at this price level - but does anyone know if these would be natural diamonds or human-made?

The listing says diamond not cubic zirconium, moissanite or synthetic diamond but I'm not sure if that means they're natural?

Thanks for any thoughts on this.

I tested the diamonds on the bezel of one of these watches with a diamond tester and they are genuine diamonds . . . small, but genuine.
