I just bought a pre owned 1994 two toned datejust 3 days ago.I noticed a tiny scuff on the crystal near the crown yesterday and it burns my soul because i just bought this classic watch.I took it into torneau to get the crystal replaced and was wondering if anyone on this sight has used there service dept before?,and how much do you think it will cost?

I have heard many bad things about Tourneau, many of them complaints. Maybe it was just a bad watchmaker, but a while back my father took his Cartier to get the battery changed. They charged him $100, and they made scratches all over his caseback and they put back the gasket wrong. You might get more scratches coming out of service than going in.

X2, there are better options in NY, such as the Rolex Service Center in NY. They may require a service as well, but at least you know it is in the right hands.

Bad service and watch tech's seem to always improperly adjust or service the watch.
I had 2 poor experiences with them, and will no longer deal with them. Better to find another place to service your watch.

You're already in NY, why not just go to the RSC in NY?

Poor service.

Don't let them mess with your watch.
They will screw it up.
