$450 a good price for 116200 dial?
I have a chance to get an authentic Rolex dial for $450 that is brand new off a 116200. Is that a good deal?

I think it's a little high. I've purchased a dial for a 116234 for $300 which I thought was fair. Any chance you can negotiate?

Asking price was $550, so I did negotiate. What does Rolex get for one?

Check Ebay in the United States and Europe to get a price. I found one in Italy that was 100.00 and the same dial was 400.00 in the US . Now remember to look at the back of the dial for the Rolex markings to authentic it. If you post photographs post the back and front.

How much would it be from an AD or RSC?

At an RSC, you would have to get a full service ($550) plus pay for a new dial ($200) plus they keep your old dial. And that's all *IF* they allow you to switch to that dial, which I will bet 99% that they will not because it is considered a 'premium' dial.

Yeah, I bought the dial for $450, I get to keep my dial, and my watchmaker will do the swap for $50. Thanks Alan for the validation!!!! Sbux....can I ask what you based your statement on? Just curious.
